When I try to add a event the buttons save, apply and close dont work. Nothiong happens, no page load or error. the rest works in the backend. can anyone help? If I can get it to work I'm pretty sure (95%) that I will buy a silver membership for the addons.
I'm using joomla 1.7 and jevent 2.0.1

Hello,
This sounds like a javascript conflict or a problem with mootools.
Can you use Firefox and firebug to see if any errors are being output?
or use Developer tools in Google Chrome/I.E.

Does this happen with several browsers?
Does this problem happen with articles too?
It seems that it's a problem of the editor.

This only happens in the add Event page, nowhere else. It is also in Firefox and Safari.

This is a problem with that editor. I would advise using a different editor.
