Cant install Jevents in joomla 1.7

Cant install Jevents in joomla 1.7

Hi.
I have tried to install Jevents to my joomla 1.7, but nothing happened at all. after upload i cant see the component, plugin or the module anywhere.
What is going wrong with that installation process. No errors are getting shown, and now success message are being shown.
please help.
