Jevents Integration JS and/or AUP point for registration.

I need intregration Jevents registration for reduce point of JS Point (Karma) and/or AUP and if user don´t have point necessary for registration event, the system block user registration.
Joomla 1.7
JS 2.2.4
AUP 1.6.3
What´s subscription is necessary for the rules?

There isn't a way to do this I'm afraid.
