Restrict Events Viewable to Logged in Users

I have a project that needs a calendar that will allow the administrator to add (and view) events for various clients. When a client logs in though, they should only be able to view events for that particular client.
So admin is the author of all events. Clients only see their own events when logged in. Clients never add or edit events.
Is this possible with Jevents 2.0 and what's the best way to handle it?
Would it be possible to create a category that represents each client? Then how would I restrict it so those events were viewable to only a certain client?
Or is there a better way to do it?

Using the specific user events plugin (silver member addon) event creators can mark events as private which only they can view. The site admin can select the 'creator' field thereby making the events private to the specific client.
You could also (in Joomla 1.7) create a separate user group for each client and set the access level accordingly.
