Expose url from ical feed as a link

Custom layout? I've edited the default layout, and see no options in the > Layout Defaults > Event Detail Page to save as anything "Custom" at all, as you can see in the screenshots I PM'd a link to.

That is what I meant by custom layout (a layout you have customised from the default setting).

In the "Layout Defaults" list is this layout enabled?
