Feature Request: Templates for Events

My useres asked me if it is possible to have templates for events.

I know it is possible to copy a event. But how about templates?

Start and End Time

I add the Tag feature to the wish list for templates. :-)

I would find this really helpful also to have a predefined template for categories. Especially the Start time and End time.
Would be really useful for schedule type events that are used often, such as a class schedule scenario.
