ability to add extra repeating events

I have a feature I would like to request.

This is a little hard for me to explain but I will do the best that I can.

After creating a new event with recurring events I would like to be able to add extra events. I know that I can edit the main event and set extra events there but the problem I run into is that resets all the custom dates/times I have.

the website I am creating handles various calenders from many venues around the world. Some of these venues add extra events last minute. Most of the venues have 50+ recurring events each and having to redo everything just to add 1 more recurring event is a pain.

If you notice my recurring events don't have a pattern. I manually edit every recurring event and change the event date and time. In this case I need to add an event at curragh for august 26th. In order to do so I must edit the main curragh event and add another recurring event. this resets all the dates/times I have in the rest of the recurring events.

I would like an add button up near the edit/delete/cancel buttons that would simply add 1 event into the recurring events

what has been suggested in the past is the ability to select repeat dates when editing an event.

The problem with adding new repeats is going to be knowing if they are a new set of repeats or the same ones with an extra one inserted somewhere.

I'll need to think about this.
