Tags/Locations - hyperlinked, filtered, 'auto' menu, etc

I have a number of recurring events (some once a year, others every couple of months) that I have used tags with (tags could be the event promoter, a DJ, or event theme).

It would be great to
- be able to have the option (on/off) to have the tags appear (within the event detail page) as hyperlinks to a list/calendar (user selectable option) of other related events

- be able to do the above in a module format where you could have a list of all/some (user selectable) tags appear as hyperlinks to a list/calendar of related events (kind of like an auto menu)

- be able to do the above, with a filter to include/exclude categories and/or calendars

- to be able to do the above for Locations/Venues (ie: display all events at a particular location)

I will add the option for the tags to be a link to matching in the next version of the tags addon - should be easy to do so hopefully next week.

List of matching events in the event detail page is already possible using the matching events plugin

Locations list already shows a link to matching events and the location detail shows a list of such events.
