catmap entries are not removed with event removal

catmap entries are not removed with event removal

The entries in the catmap table are not removed after the event itself is removed. I'm using jevent 2.2.0beta3

Thanks for spotting this - I'll fix it in the next release.

Its good to see someone putting the multi-category functionality through its paces !
