Are you referring to Error 500, that there's no files for template in use, or something else? Because the first one is solved just by copying needed files to template in use.

Can you be little more specific (eg. complete error message), just error 500 isn't telling much.

Sorry for the late reply; seems my reply bounced somehow.
I have solved the problem using the new native jevents iCal export function. This works straight out of the box (except with Google Calendar, which doesn't accept the url of the iCal...)

404 Error when using

Postby Jevents_Schnecke » Tue Jan 26, 2010 7:26 pm

Dear all,

I am using
Jevents 1.5.2
Joomla 1.5.15
Firefox 3.5.7

The ical Export is working for single Events, but not when using the "batch export" = ICal Export menu item. The UI displays fine, but when I click the "click here to export..." link, I get a 404 error.
The link generated is as follows:
http://www.mywebsite.net/index.php?opti ... 6e20272120

Any ideas on this matter?

Thanks in advance, Christine

What server software are you using? I think that there's little bug at least with IIS, because it can't understand "pipes" (these chars: |).

@Crispy

The ical export is now part of the JEvents core code - you create a menu item of type iCal Export.
