I have just posted (in the club forum) a first cut CB user tab plugin for JEvents. If you're a member of the JEvents club take a look (viewtopic.php?f=23&t=2582) and let me know what you think.

- NEW: management and follow-up of these invitations i.e. remind/postpone/delete should also be possible from within JEvents, preferably with a guestlist output showing the status of each invitee

This is definitely great if implemented. Users would love this idea. I myself would like to have this function.

I am new to Jevents, installed it today for the first time and want to use it with Community Builder. Is this plugin available already?

Yes - but only to silver and gold club members I'm afraid.

To be honest the CB addon is fairly basic - there seems to be far more interest in the JomSocial addons (and also JomSocial is far easier to code with).

The only thing the plugin does is give a list of upcoming events that the user, whose profile you are viewing, has created together with a link to a full calendar listing this user's events.

The JomSocial addons offers the ability to make an event private amongst JomSocial friends, list the events created by a Jomsocial user and invite JomSocial friends to an event (this feature requires a gold member addon). More features may well be added as they are requested/
