Dutch translation

I have adjusted the dutch translation made by joomrolf:
Thank you, joomrolf, for your work!
- Changed the short days into one letter (Ma -> M).
- Also added a file 'installatie.txt' with a howto to install the language files.
- Saved is as .zip instead of .rar.
