Time Zones

Does JEvents have any ability to handle different time zones? I can't find any, but I wanted to make sure. While making everyone aware that all events are listed Eastern Standard Time is certainly doable, it would be nice, even the geographical distribution of our users, if they could add and view events in their local time.
