3:00 time not displaying

I am not able to figure out why the full monthly view does not display the 3:00pm time for any event scheduled for 3:00pm. If you look, the times display prior to the name of the event in the full monthly view, however, for any event showing up at 3:00pm specifically, it only shows the title of the event.

I have deleted and re-added the events and still nothing.

I am running Joomla 1.5.14 and the latest 1.4.2 version of JEvents.
