Event Links not working in Email sent

Hi I am using JEvents 1.4.3. RC on a Joomla 1.5.6 site. my url is halftribe.com

I send out a daily newsletter that includes upcoming list of events but when they click on the link in the email it doesnt take them to the event page on my site.

This is an example of the link that one of the events in the email goes to:

http://www.halftribe.comindex.php/?opti ... Itemid=199

The events list is included in my newsletter by loading the upcoming events module in my newsletter using a plugin. My newsletter is created using Acajoom.
