Frontend submit error

Hello,
I have a problem on submitting events on frontend, my version is 1.4.1 on joomla 1.0.10
i have no editors for frontend.
on firefox it gives no errors, just not submitting. on IE it gives a javascript error on mouseover on textarea:
document.adminForm.introtext is null or isn't an object
on calendar if I select different start and end dates, the repeating checkboxes are still disabled
on mouseover from the end date it gives the error publish_down.value is null or isn't an object
and finally if I click on submit it gives put the same problem as mouseover from end date.

what happens?

I have the
global $my;
if ( $my->id ) {
initEditor();
}
lines on my template..

can someone help me?

on Firefox's errors consolle it shows the same error on mouseovering objects on calendar tab and on clicking the save or cancel button:
publish_down is not defined

why it could be not defined? someone can help me please?
