This is how you specify an event that occurs very day between 13 November and 17 November starting at 9.00am and finishing at 5.00pm. 

You can specify all day events or events that have no specified times such as birthdays or public holidays as follows:

You can specify events that occur on a weekly basis as follows.  This example occurs every Wednesday between 4th December and 27 December.

The following event occurs twice a week (every Tuesday and Thursday) every week for a year.

This is how you'd specify an event that occurs every two weeks (i.e. every other week).  This example occurs on a Sunday.

For most monthly events it is best to use the "n* per week" choices.  Using the weekly option you can specify events that occur on the 1st Tuesday of the month or the 4th Wednesday etc,  

The "month" option is suitable for specifying a day of the month.  In this example we specify and event that occurs on the 12th of each month.

This is a special case where an event occurs on the last day of the month.

This is how you would specify and event that occurs on the 25th of December every year for a long time:

The following repetition types cannot be represented at present.  (If you think we are wrong and can think of a creative way of representing any of these in the system we'd love to hear from you).

• The last Tuesday in a month (and also second to last etc.)*
  
• The first weekday after any specified date*
• The 6th Saturday in a year
• Lunar based events such as Easter

If there are other repeat types you would like to see added (only sensible suggestions considered) please let us know.

Also there is currently no facility to adjust or cancel specific repetitions to take account of public holidays or event venues being unavailable etc*.
